Mission Memories

So the other day while we were in SLC we stopped in at the little Chilean Deli. I had Empanadas and the dulces they had. I came home craving food from the mission something fierce! So after talking with a good friend whom I met on the mission, I decided that I was going to try to make sopaipillas. I remember getting them on the mission and them being so good! I remember especially after we had been out all morning and freezing in the winter and having them. So I made them, and them turned out almost like I remember!
